We look for new international suppliers of various parts constantly. Our requirements in quality and quantity you can see below:
- We need precision turned brass and deep drawn parts in annual quantities ranging from 5,000 to 10,000,000 units. The diametters are between approx. 5 mm and 45 mm.
- We need high-precision injection molded plastic parts in series from approx. 5,000 to 20,000,000 units per year. The weight of the parts lies between 0.10g and 30g. The material we use most is acetal (POM). Since our parts are used in drinking water applications, they must have the following certifications: KTW, WRAS, NSF and ACS.
- Our annual requirement for high-precision seals ranges from approx. 5,000 to 20,000,000 units. The weight of the parts varies between approx. 8g and 30g. The materials are NBR, EPDM and sillicone. Since our parts are used in drinking water applications, they must have the following certifications: KTW, WRAS, NSF and ACS.
- Hoses for industrial use in different EPDM compositions and braidings up to a diametter of 1”. The fittings are niskel-plated, the ferrules are made of stainless of galvanized steel.
- We need stainless steel screens in annual quantiites of 100,000 to 10,000,000 units. Furthermore, we need hat-shaped stainers with sealing flange in diametters between approx. 15mm and 25 mm.
